Member Terms of Service

Welcome to Primakids.

These Member Terms of Service (“Member Terms”) apply specifically to users who create a Primakids account or purchase and use a Primakids membership or subscription.

Primakids provides online educational lessons, practice activities, quizzes, games, learning resources and other digital educational services through primakids.in (“Website” or “Platform”).

By registering as a member, purchasing a subscription, or accessing member-only Services, you agree to these Member Terms, our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Refund & Cancellation Policy.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not register for or use a Primakids membership.

1. Membership Overview

A Primakids membership provides eligible members with access to the educational content and features included in their selected subscription plan.

The current annual membership price is:

₹990 per year

Membership access begins after successful payment verification and activation.

The exact content, features and services available to a member may vary according to the membership plan and may be updated from time to time.

2. Member Eligibility

Primakids is primarily designed to support children’s learning and is intended to be used by children with appropriate involvement and supervision of a parent or lawful guardian where applicable.

A parent or lawful guardian may create or manage an account on behalf of a child.

Where applicable under Indian law, Primakids may require appropriate parental or lawful-guardian consent before processing personal data relating to a child.

Parents and lawful guardians are responsible for supervising the child’s use of the Platform and determining whether the available educational activities are appropriate for the child.

3. Creating a Member Account

To access certain Primakids features, you may be required to create a member account.

You agree that the information provided during registration will be accurate and reasonably current.

Members must not:

  • Create accounts using false or misleading information;

  • Impersonate another person;

  • Use another person’s account without permission;

  • Create accounts for fraudulent purposes; or

  • Provide account access to unauthorised persons.

Primakids may request information reasonably necessary to verify or protect an account.

4. Account Security

Members are responsible for protecting their login credentials.

You should:

  • Keep your password confidential;

  • Avoid sharing your login information;

  • Log out from shared devices where appropriate; and

  • Notify Primakids if you suspect unauthorised access.

You are responsible for activity occurring through your account to the extent permitted by applicable law.

If Primakids reasonably believes that an account has been compromised, misused or accessed without authorisation, we may temporarily restrict access while investigating the issue.

5. One Membership Per Member

A Primakids paid membership is intended for the member/student for whom it was purchased.

Membership sharing is not permitted.

You must not:

  • Share your username or password with another person;

  • Allow another student to use your paid membership;

  • Sell or rent your account;

  • Transfer your membership to another person;

  • Give another person access to member-only content through your account; or

  • Publicly distribute your login credentials.

Parents or lawful guardians may manage or supervise a child’s account where appropriate.

Primakids may restrict, suspend or terminate an account where unauthorised sharing or misuse is reasonably detected.

6. Membership Period

The standard Primakids membership is an annual membership of ₹990 per year.

Membership remains active for the applicable subscription period beginning from the date of activation, unless it is suspended or terminated in accordance with these Member Terms.

Membership access may expire automatically at the end of the applicable membership period if it is not renewed.

7. Membership Activation

Membership activation generally occurs after:

  1. Payment is successfully completed;

  2. The transaction is verified where necessary; and

  3. Primakids activates the membership.

If payment is unsuccessful, reversed, disputed or cannot be verified, membership access may not be activated or may be temporarily restricted.

If your payment has been deducted but your membership has not been activated, contact:

Please provide the relevant transaction information so that we can investigate the issue.

8. Membership Benefits

Depending on the applicable plan, members may receive access to features such as:

  • Educational lessons;

  • Practice activities;

  • Quizzes;

  • Educational games;

  • Learning exercises;

  • Progress-related features;

  • Scores and rankings;

  • Competitions or challenges;

  • Digital learning resources; and

  • Other features introduced by Primakids.

Primakids may add, modify, improve, replace or discontinue individual features from time to time.

Changes to individual features do not automatically create an entitlement to a refund, subject to applicable law.

9. Educational Content

Primakids content is designed to support children’s learning and practice.

Members may use the educational content for their personal learning purposes during an active membership.

Members must not reproduce, distribute, resell, publish or commercially exploit Primakids educational content without written permission.

Educational content may include:

  • Lessons;

  • Questions;

  • Worksheets;

  • PDFs;

  • Images;

  • Videos;

  • Audio;

  • Games;

  • Quizzes;

  • Activities;

  • Illustrations;

  • Explanations; and

  • Other digital materials.

10. Downloading and Copying Content

Where Primakids specifically provides an authorised download option, members may use the downloaded material for their permitted personal educational use.

Members must not:

  • Upload Primakids PDFs or other resources to public websites;

  • Share paid resources through social media or messaging groups;

  • Sell or redistribute Primakids materials;

  • Upload content to file-sharing services;

  • Remove ownership or copyright notices;

  • Repackage Primakids content as their own;

  • Use Primakids content for commercial distribution; or

  • Make Primakids member-only resources publicly available.

The availability of a download option does not transfer ownership of the downloaded material to the member.

11. Games, Quizzes and Practice Activities

Members may use Primakids games, quizzes and practice activities for their intended educational purposes.

Members must not attempt to manipulate, damage or interfere with these features.

Prohibited activities include:

  • Using bots or automated systems;

  • Manipulating scores;

  • Exploiting bugs for unfair advantage;

  • Attempting to bypass timers or restrictions;

  • Tampering with game functionality;

  • Interfering with other members; or

  • Using unauthorised software to gain an advantage.

Primakids may remove scores or restrict participation where cheating, manipulation or abuse is reasonably identified.

12. Scores, Leaderboards and Competitions

Primakids may provide scores, leaderboards, rankings, challenges or multiplayer competitions.

Scores and rankings may depend on the rules and technical operation of the relevant activity.

Primakids reserves the right to:

  • Correct inaccurate scores;

  • Remove fraudulent scores;

  • Disqualify manipulated results;

  • Suspend participation;

  • Modify competition rules; or

  • Discontinue a competition or leaderboard.

Participation in a competition does not guarantee any prize, ranking or particular outcome unless expressly stated in the applicable competition rules.

13. Membership Fees

The current membership fee is:

₹990 per year

Membership fees may be changed for future purchases or renewal periods.

The applicable price displayed at the time of purchase will generally apply to that transaction.

Any applicable taxes or charges will be handled as required by applicable law and the payment process.

14. No Refund After Activation

Primakids memberships are non-refundable after activation.

Once membership has been activated and member-only Services have been made available, the membership fee will generally not be refunded.

This includes situations where a member:

  • Changes their mind;

  • Stops using Primakids;

  • Uses the Platform infrequently;

  • Does not complete the available lessons;

  • Does not use the games;

  • Does not use the membership for the entire subscription period;

  • Finds the Service unsuitable; or

  • Requests cancellation after activation.

Nothing in these Member Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any refund or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

15. Cancellation

Members may stop using Primakids at any time.

However, stopping use or requesting cancellation after membership activation does not automatically result in a refund for the unused portion of the membership period.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, an activated annual membership remains available until the end of its applicable membership period, subject to these Member Terms.

16. Prohibited Member Activities

Members must not use Primakids to:

  • Break applicable laws;

  • Attempt unauthorised access to the Platform;

  • Circumvent membership restrictions;

  • Share paid membership access;

  • Copy or redistribute protected educational content;

  • Scrape or systematically collect Platform content;

  • Introduce malware or malicious code;

  • Attack or interfere with Platform security;

  • Manipulate scores or rankings;

  • Commit payment fraud;

  • Abuse the affiliate programme;

  • Impersonate another person;

  • Harass or harm another member; or

  • Engage in activity that may damage Primakids or its users.

17. Affiliate Programme

A Primakids member may be eligible to participate in the Primakids Affiliate Programme where the member satisfies the applicable affiliate requirements.

The current affiliate commission is:

₹200 per eligible student

The minimum payout threshold is:

₹1,000

Affiliate commissions are subject to verification and the applicable affiliate programme rules.

Self-Referral

Self-referrals are strictly prohibited.

A member or affiliate must not use their own affiliate link, referral mechanism or account to purchase a subscription for themselves for the purpose of earning a commission.

Primakids may reject, reverse or withhold commissions associated with:

  • Self-referrals;

  • Fraudulent transactions;

  • Cancelled or reversed transactions;

  • Duplicate referrals;

  • Manipulated referrals;

  • Misleading promotional activity; or

  • Other violations of the affiliate programme.

Affiliate accounts may be suspended or terminated for abuse or violation of the applicable rules.

18. Member Feedback

Members may voluntarily provide feedback, suggestions or ideas regarding Primakids.

We may use such feedback to improve our Services without an obligation to compensate the member, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

19. Privacy and Personal Data

Member information is handled according to the Primakids Privacy Policy.

Primakids may process information necessary to:

  • Create and manage member accounts;

  • Provide educational Services;

  • Track learning activity;

  • Process subscriptions;

  • Verify transactions;

  • Maintain security;

  • Prevent fraud;

  • Provide support;

  • Operate affiliate services; and

  • Comply with applicable legal requirements.

Where applicable, additional requirements may apply to the processing of children’s personal data.

Parents or lawful guardians may contact Primakids regarding privacy concerns involving a child’s account.

20. Third-Party Services

Primakids may rely on third-party services for functions such as:

  • Payment processing;

  • Hosting;

  • Email delivery;

  • Security;

  • Analytics;

  • Communication; and

  • Other technical services.

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

21. Technical Problems and Service Availability

Primakids aims to provide reliable access to member Services.

However, temporary interruptions may occur because of:

  • Website maintenance;

  • Server or hosting problems;

  • Internet connectivity;

  • Software updates;

  • Security measures;

  • Technical failures;

  • Third-party service interruptions; or

  • Circumstances outside Primakids’ reasonable control.

If a technical problem prevents access to an activated membership, members should contact:

We will make reasonable efforts to investigate genuine access problems.

22. Suspension of Membership

Primakids may temporarily suspend or restrict a membership where reasonably necessary to:

  • Protect the Platform;

  • Investigate suspected fraud;

  • Investigate unauthorised account sharing;

  • Prevent security threats;

  • Investigate abuse;

  • Protect other members; or

  • Address violations of these Member Terms.

Where appropriate and permitted by law, Primakids may attempt to notify the member of the reason for the restriction.

23. Termination of Membership

Primakids may terminate a member account where the member materially violates these Member Terms, the Terms & Conditions, or applicable law.

Reasons may include:

  • Account sharing;

  • Fraud;

  • Repeated misuse;

  • Unauthorised access attempts;

  • Content piracy or redistribution;

  • Affiliate abuse;

  • Manipulation of games or rankings;

  • Security-related misconduct; or

  • Other serious violations.

Termination due to a member’s violation does not create an entitlement to a refund, subject to applicable law.

24. Intellectual Property

All Primakids intellectual property remains the property of Primakids or its respective licensors.

Membership does not give members ownership of:

  • Primakids branding;

  • Logos;

  • Educational content;

  • PDFs;

  • Games;

  • Questions;

  • Graphics;

  • Videos;

  • Audio;

  • Software;

  • Website design;

  • Text; or

  • Other protected materials.

Members receive only a limited, personal, non-transferable right to access and use the Services according to these Member Terms.

25. No Guarantee of Academic Results

Primakids provides educational support and practice resources.

We do not guarantee that use of Primakids will result in:

  • A particular school grade;

  • Examination marks;

  • Examination success;

  • A particular rank;

  • Competition success; or

  • Any specific academic outcome.

Learning outcomes depend on many factors, including individual effort, practice, school education, parental support and other circumstances.

26. Changes to Membership Services

Primakids may improve, modify, replace or discontinue particular member features.

We may also introduce new membership plans or change the features associated with future plans.

Where a material change affects an existing membership, Primakids will take reasonable steps to communicate the change where appropriate and subject to applicable law.

27. Relationship with Other Primakids Policies

These Member Terms should be read together with:

  • Terms & Conditions

  • Privacy Policy

  • Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Any applicable Affiliate Programme Terms

  • Any specific rules displayed for competitions or special features

If a specific competition, promotional offer or affiliate rule contains additional terms, those terms may apply to that particular activity.

28. Changes to These Member Terms

Primakids may update these Member Terms from time to time.

The updated version will be published on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Where required, material changes may be communicated through appropriate means.

Continued use of the membership after the effective date of updated terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

29. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Member Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Subject to applicable law, disputes relating to Primakids membership Services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Kodala, Odisha – 761032.

Nothing in this section is intended to remove or restrict any mandatory consumer right or legal remedy available under applicable law.
