This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the refund and cancellation rules applicable to subscriptions purchased through Primakids.
Please read this policy carefully before purchasing a subscription.
1. Subscription Price
The current Primakids annual subscription price is:
₹990 per year
The subscription provides access to the features and educational content included in the selected plan.
2. No Refund After Activation
Once a Primakids subscription has been activated, the subscription fee is non-refundable.
After activation, refunds will generally not be provided because access to the digital educational Services and subscription benefits has been made available to the subscriber.
This includes situations where the subscriber:

Changes their mind;

Does not use the platform;

Uses only a small portion of the content;

Stops using the account;
-
Does not complete lessons or games;

Does not use the subscription regularly;

Decides that the Service is not suitable for them; or

Requests cancellation after activation.
3. Cancellation
Users may stop using their subscription at any time.
However, cancellation or stopping use of the Service does not automatically create an entitlement to a refund for the remaining subscription period.
Unless otherwise stated in the applicable subscription terms, an annual subscription remains available until the end of its activated subscription period.
4. Payment Failure
If a payment fails or is not successfully received, subscription access may not be activated.
If money is debited from a customer’s bank account but the subscription is not activated because the transaction has not been successfully confirmed, the customer should contact:

5. Duplicate or Erroneous Payments
If you believe that you have accidentally made a duplicate payment, please contact Primakids as soon as possible at:
Any refund or adjustment will be reviewed based on the transaction records and applicable law.
6. Fraudulent or Unauthorised Transactions
Primakids may investigate transactions suspected of being fraudulent, unauthorised or otherwise irregular.
Where necessary, subscription access may be suspended while a transaction is investigated.
7. Technical Problems
Primakids aims to provide reliable access to its Services.
If a genuine technical issue prevents access to an activated subscription, please contact support so that we can investigate and, where reasonably possible, restore access.
Temporary website maintenance, internet problems, device problems, browser issues or third-party service interruptions do not automatically create a refund entitlement.
8. Service Changes
Primakids may improve, modify, replace or discontinue particular lessons, games, features or other parts of the platform.
Changes to individual features do not automatically create a refund entitlement, provided that the subscription continues to provide the Services substantially represented at the time of purchase, subject to applicable law.
9. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Refund & Cancellation Policy is intended to exclude, restrict or override any consumer right, statutory remedy or legal protection that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Indian law.
Where applicable law requires a refund or other remedy in a particular circumstance, Primakids will comply with the applicable requirement.
